Just got to know no car while time of pickup. He wasn't even apologetic, just like we don't have any cars even though you have a reservation. Google what "Reservation"means before operating a business.
This location does not have box trucks. Hertz will let you reserve one and will send you several reminders that you are good leading up to the day of the rental. In an abundance of caution I went into the physical location and asked if I was good and what the final cost of the rental would be. They confirmed I was set. The day of I went to pick it up and they didn't have it. In fact, I was informed that they don't rent box trucks at all and that they didn't know why their site let me rent one.
