Worse customer service. They didn't had my vehicle I rent. So they told me they had similar vehicles or would rent me another one for the same price. The dude that was at the front desk didn't even try to reach the manager when I asked him.
Brandon, the manager trainee, is extremely rude. I can't believe a person in training would act this rudely. I, like the other reviews, made a reservation for a cargo van and they didn't have it when I showed up. He was rude and not helpful. I made the mistake of making a 2nd reservation a week later. Called in advance and he said he didn't see the reservation and I must have made it for the wrong day. This place needs a complete overhaul.
