The lady at counter was very nice but mislead about the charges and with the bad rain on today April 30 2016,I was charged too much because I was ten minutes late charged for a hour plus twice for ldw,for ten minutes wouldn't recommend this car rental,I would rather take the mega bus which I also do not like,must be a shareholder's company which only cares about how much money can they swindle.
Easy in and out. Only problem was trying to exchange a vehicle that had a problem and had to wait for a bit. Thus 4 stars.
Could'nt have been any better. Good clean car, gold card service. No problems checking in or out.
