I rented a car with Lyft express. The only good thing about them was the nice car that I had. I paid my outstanding balance, but the car was repossessed without me knowing it. I had personal belongings in the trunk of the car. Been trying to get in contact with someone has been a headache. Called the number several times and got no answer. Have not been able to talk to anyone about getting my personal belongings back. Was told to fill out a lost and found report by an automated system. Got nothing. The female employee working at Desk 1 was extremely rude and clearly did not know how to communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner. From the moment we interacted with her, her attitude, tone of voice, facial expressions, and the way she spoke to us were extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. I am beyond disappointed with my experience. I was approved for a 2025 Hyundai Venue after the dealership ran my credit. I was told multiple times that the only reason they could not sell me the vehicle was because it was still in service. I have text messages from the dealership stating they would love to sell me the car, that it was still in service, and that I didn’t need to worry because no one else was going to get it.
