I rented through the Lyft Driver program at this Hertz location and had a very disappointing experience. The staff seemed overwhelmed and dismissive. I came in to report issues with the electric vehicle I was driving — including charging problems and missing paperwork from the car — but instead of being helped, I was met with cold energy and confusion.
