Ladies there were nice and professional. Didn't take long at all only thing is the price for weekly rental was not quoted correctly.

Cars are absolute trash & they will take your deposit after you return for a vehicle they gave to you already damaged!
We had a great experience with Kala. She was very helpful and courteous. The process was easy and despite how busy they were I felt she did well getting us finished up. I really just must give a lot of credit to Kala because although they were busy she kept everyone straight and was patient through every process. If you get her your in good hands. The car i received was nasty and had battery issues so they needed to pick it up and tow the car. This has been weeks ago and Hertz charged me for a week after I dropped off the car and is still trying to charge me for 2 more weeks after the car was returned. I cannot contact this office via phone. Contacting hertz has been a headache and I have het been given an answer.
