Said there was no guarantee on availability for vehicles, even with appointment made and deposit taken. Asked to come back later after they let two people without reservations pick up a car before me. Came back, completely nice people and decent service. I honestly don't know what to think about this location.

They took my deposit and made me wait behind others without appointments. I had a 10am, earliest appointment available for Lyft Express Drive pick up. Arrived at 10am and the staff is renting out vehicles to 2 other people who did not sign up and they did not take their money already without picking up a vehicle. Then told me I was blocking the lane of traffic in their tiny little store
