Ya being lied to about the rental cost is just wrong. On top of that rental was only supposed to be $130 the first week,being charged 493 bucks and than having to clean my rental from top to bottom inside and out is just unacceptable.I drive for lfty and used there rental program. I should get the same treatment as a normal customer would receive. But after seeking all the complaints I'm sure this is how. They treat everyone.

Be very careful when renting with HERTZ, much more if you give the car back after 12 pm (when there are no personal service). I rented a car for 300 dollars with full coverage insurance and they ended up charging me more than 100 dollars extra and it seems I am not the exception... they are very likely to overcharge you with extra expenses and extra hours and you will end up paying tens or even hundreds of dollars extra, and when you try to reach out and get in touch with them, they don't reply your emails or they don't give... read more
Terrible experience with Hertz Lyft rentals. Maria was rude. I came to exchange the rental i pay way too much for because I was given a car that had squeaky breaks and other body damages. The car was not cleaned before I got it. I was told by Maria it's not their fault but yet you are giving out cars damaged and dirty. I came to exchange today and was told I need to wait for a car.
