ATTENTION ALL FUTURE RENTERS: I had rented a KIA from here. The vehicle was given to me dirty. I almost cut my self on a rusty pair of scissors that was in-between the center console and the passenger seat. When I returned the vehicle I was accused of leaving the car dirty. The practice at this location is absolutely horrendous. LYFT should separate there partnership for the sake of there drivers.
Called to get information, in the middle of conversation. Dude hangs up the phone. Ridiculous mindset
I really wanted to give a positive review but every time I come here they make me waste my time. Lyft customer service is very poor, I've been waiting for 30 minutes and still no one has shown up to give me rent me a vehicle. If you have another choice to rent from don't bother coming here unless you want to waste your time.
There are two different Hertz rental office they are definitely waste of a time and pretty confusing to reach their there are not located inside the airport still pretty complicated confusing just to reach there
Customer service is slow, terrible, and they waste your time.
