The people at hertz are wonderful! They are informative, kind, and helpful. But driving lyft express is not for everyone. You'll have to log on to drive about 100 hours a week to cover the cost of the car and make any money. Otherwise, you'll find yourself paying them to make money for them. It's a lyft scam, backed by hertz to force you to drive at least 40 hours a week. But you will barely, and most of the time, not make enough to cover the cost. It's really not worth it.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I just wanted to say Jose has the best customer service. I have experience dealing with Hertz so far.
Jose was very helpful & always welcomed me even when I came late for scduled appointment for my rental.
