So the next day, when my tire went flat while going online & after being without a car all week, I had 0 fix-a-flat & a broken pump. Here is my honest & heartfelt review and experience with Lyft Express Drive over the last 3 years. Recently, there have been some staff changes, lead by Sandra & Andre. If you want to feel like you're in a Hertz Commercial, where the staff is well-dressed, professional, friendly & attentive to your needs, this is the location you want to visit. Was charged $300 for not having my Lyft rental detailed prior to returning it after it being in my possession for almost 6 months and putting 40k miles on it. I washed the exterior, and wiped down and vacuumed the interior prior to returning it. Wasn’t good enough I guess. The car she switched me into wasn’t vaccumed and there was pieces of trash in the center console and glovebox. She didn’t care. Now I’m dealing with customer service to get my money back. Photos are of how I returned the car and was charged cleaning fee.
