I must say that giving a 1 star rating is still too high of a rating. I had an experience 2 days ago with the Lyft driver here in Oro Grande, Ca by the name of Julie, she was by far the most rudest driver I have ever had the pleasure of being picked up by. I was dumbtruck when I asked to make a quick stop to pick up a cinnamon roll for myself before getting to my home. She began to raise her voice at me about how us people with money have no etiquette. Trying to return my vehicle I was met with a very rude representative. She refused to take my rental and has a very bad attitude. She was stepping in for the woman who is usually here. I am surprised she represents Hertz and I will never rent from this company again. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!! It is very bad
I tried to get help from website was hung up on by customer service when they couldn’t answer my question. Very rude!
Sandy is awesome at the Anaheim location. She is like superwoman. She is very helpful, kind, respectful, and very good at solving problems. You rock sandy.
