This place is a joke! I've had a car since the 28th of December 2025. The cost is ridiculous but when you're desperate what else can you do? I'm told by an employee that they give you some discounts after the 7th week or essentially 2 months. Everything is fine until almost a month later I get a notification saying that I need to return to the rental location because there is a problem. Which is odd because I met all of the requirements. **UPDATE. It has been more than a week and they charged another item on my card! I am financially struggling since I just moved here and they have not called or whatsoever to notify about charges. PLEASE DO NOT UTILIZE THEM. $454 Cleaning fee plus taxed was charged automatically and I was even accused of bringing pets into the vehicle. My husband was already charged the $350 we owed on his end. My dog sheds, but they did not step foot in the vehicle once. Will never go back to them nor recommend them.
