This Hertz location is a mess. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and clearly don’t care about customer service. The location itself is inconvenient and poorly managed. It honestly takes less time and hassle to buy a Rolls Royce than it does to rent a basic car here. Completely incompetent operation. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else. Awful place.
Definitely see why you have such terrible reviews your entire business is run by pirates with more hidden fees then lawyer visit. Sham of a rental place and shady employees
