If there was another option to rent through Lyft express drive, I would choose that one. My first experience renting through Hertz was good but this time around it has been nothing but problems. Including the manager posting about our interaction on Facebook. Nobody answers the phone. The first car could’ve been a fluke, but the second car I know they knew had the issues because they were talking about it when I picked up the first car. Long phone wait times. One time I waited an hour and a half. Long wait time in lines as a walk in as well. A scheduled appointment may help. The workers are amazing.
Had an appointment set to pick up rental came all the way here just to find out there is an outage after they took my deposit. Complete waste of time!!!
