Real talk hertz will hurt u frfr please do t rent from them especially the Crestwood location they r unprofessional and u can never get in contact with them there corrupt worst then the mob there bullies and they don't care about u or your belongings there corrupt they will overcharge u and yank u around just trust me don't rent with hertz thru Lyft ur gonna regret it somehow someway watch and see
I had an issue that only this location could handle, but they never answer the phone call for one week straight with no answer
He was alone but got everyone situated quickly! Wish they would upgrade their fleet tho! Big people can't ride in little cars not comfortable at all
