I enjoy the experience: one time service which solves all my problems, and the price is fair and quality is high. Convenience is my first choice.
My husband and I had an excellent experience purchasing a new toyota for our growing family. We took advantage of the Toyota Exchange Program and our sales representative, Doug Payne, was very informative and helpful. It was nice not being pressured to buy and Doug made the process seamless and even quite enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this dealership.
My first experience at Lou Fusz Toyota / Scion's service department was excellent. The oil change I came in for was performed quickly and the staff members were friendly and upbeat. In addition, the waiting room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, which enabled me to catch up on some work during the short wait.
I had gound a car through cargurus and called them up to find out some more details. Michael Morris helped me out and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with buying a car that I could not see in person. He sent me additional pictures and even went out to the car and shot a video with his phone. Extremely pleased with my new car, the service Michael provided and the execellent price. Oh, and also felt no pressure during the sale or closing. Highly recommend Lou Fusz and working with Michael for your next car.
