I had prepaid a 3-day mid-size SUV rental from Germany as a Hertz Gold Member in IAD (around €160, including all insurance through my Lufthansa Senator credit card). Don't use this company. Dishonest. Rude and tried to fraud my son. Enterprise was kind and actually helped VS Hertz! Plus, look at their store picture. It's an outside park picture. Lying about everything. Losers.
I used Hertz heavily for business travel for 3 years and sporadically since. I don't travel via plane as much as I used to, but I always kept an eye on my gold account to make sure it was in good standing and my points didn't expire. I went to book a rental today and found points for everything but my last rental in 2024 gone. Lithia springs, ga location. There's have been a lot of changes at this location over the past year. This is my home base. I remember before the move where you guys were located. Divine and Taylor were my go to's. Service was impeccable. I miss them. I have had the experience of interacting with new staff and even had situations resolved in a professional manner.
