NEVER renting from Dollar again! I arrived at MCO at the correct time and went to Dollar Rental to pick up my minivan which I reserved 6 months prior. They told me no minivans or 7 seaters were available. They had hardly any inventory available. They told me that it was because the Daytona race was the next day so they had rented everything out. Terrible customer experience for a long time Presidents Circle member! I had a 2 day rental a few weeks ago, pick up and drop off at the Springfield /Branson airport. I did not incur any windshield damage during the rental. Returned vehicle, was inspected by Hertz representative, but nothing was said about damage to windshield. Reserved a car 2 weeks ago just to find out that they didn't have a car for me when I got here.
Every car these people give me is not up to par. I been arguing back and forth with these people since December about the quality of their vehicles. Not only is the condition of the vehicle poor. They're renting them out with bad tires which is a safety hazard. And charging ridiculous amounts for the vehicles. The one I have has paint on the seats and door.
