The worst customer service! With over 80 rental days so far this year I’ve accumulated thousands of points for complimentary rentals that are impossible to redeem . Website for rewards rentals is nonexistent, I’ve called 8 times, emailed half a dozen customer service reps and have never been able to redeem a single point for a complimentary rental! They have the most complex system and no one is willing to assist you even after reaching the highest tier of frequent customer!
I'm passed pissed off it's been 3 months and we have been calling and talking to customer service and the Conyers ga location they have emailed Corporate and we still haven't got our belongings... Brand new CARSEAT,POTS PANS, UMBRELLA, CELLPHONE,BABY CLOTHES BABY SHOES, CASES OF WATER,PAPERS ETC all brand new I'm fed up ....
Hertz lost another customer today because of my experience. Im suspicious they are scamming folks who use insurance other than hertz
No communication
We rented a car at Hertz through the Southwest Airline combine and save promotion through the Hertz location at John Glenn International Airport in Columbus, Ohio. The car we rented broke down just as we were pulling in to our Airbnb. We were about 2 hours north of the airport rental facility.
