2.4 stars more like 0 stars! Appalling service and does not accept responsibility for thier own flawed systems and policies, and very rude staff. As a very happy, long time Enterprise customer I am so annoyed thought to try Hertz. Renting a car in this modern age is already a ridiculously complicated experience given the complexity of insurance, particularly in the United States. I rarely leave reviews, but after nearly two years of trying to resolve an issue through the proper channels, I feel compelled to share my experience. I was a long-standing Hertz President’s Circle member with approximately 12,000 Gold Plus Rewards points and was a loyal customer who frequently chose Hertz over competitors. This review is strictly for the customer service line. I usually don't have any problems at the branches when picking up or returning cars but I always seem to get the rudest customer service agents whenever I have to call in. Not sure if its okay to be ignorant in whatever countries those agents are from but that shouldnt be okay here in the states.

Update 3 double charge: Unsurprisingly, still no response from corporate. We will have to do this the hard way. Anyone who would like to join a class action lawsuit for double charges, please be on the lookout! Update 2 double charge: I have escalated my dispute to corporate and hope someone will respond/resolve the matter.
