Unprofessional behavior. These guys don’t care. I am standing outside their 24 hour location to return a van and no one is around I arrived at 6am it’s 6:47 am now. These guys sleep inside and don’t answer the door. Management doesn’t care about the situation. Is anyone at work today at Hertz entertainment services? Is it a Holiday that I don’t know about? This location is the best place to rent your vehicle that is if it is the gentleman that helps you out. However, on the other hand you have the black lady with short hair (almost bald headed), that could make your day miserable. Just don’t let her assist you.
