Just bad behavior, bad communication and not good customer service!
Unprofessional behavior. These guys don’t care. I am standing outside their 24 hour location to return a van and no one is around I arrived at 6am it’s 6:47 am now. These guys sleep inside and don’t answer the door. Management doesn’t care about the situation. Is anyone at work today at Hertz entertainment services? Is it a Holiday that I don’t know about?
