If I could give a zero I would. Rented due to an accident. The first vehicle was not clean and smelled like weed. I don't smoke, i ended up getting a air freshner. Let the manager know nothing was done. The battery light came on after a week, switched out vehicles. To get yet another dirty vehicle. They do not care about their reputation at all. They need new manager who care. I've rented from hertz before and never had this problem.

My daughter did a reservation for a mini van a month in advanced, then they call the day before and say they don’t have one but have a 3rd SUV, go to pick it up and everything in the reservation is different than what she did online, finally think it’s fixed and we go to drop it off we are charged almost double what we was told originally. The guy manager is very rude, and the lady manager says one thing and then it’s something different when the actual boss is there. Do not rent here. Go anywhere else. I made a reservation through the Hertz app 2/24/24 to be picked up at 5pm 5/26/24. We showed up to get our vehicle for vacation and he said we don’t have that vehicle for you. I said I have a reservation and he said he saw it but we don’t have a vehicle for you. Provided no assistance or solutions.
