Terrible service
Everything was supposed to be all set, no money should be charged because I had a car accident and needed a rental. All the money should be covered by the insurance and they confirmed that everything was paid. Later on a week after, they charged me 300$ from no where. These are thefts and scammers. DO NOT RENT HERE!
Do not go to this location, and INSIST that your insurance company find a different location. I was in a car accident and my insurance company picked this place for convenience. The employee was extremely rude. He lied and said I did not have a reservation and that it was not in the system, when I stated my insurance company established the reservation, and I quoted the reservation number.
