I think it's very well established that this particular establishment is just inherently horrible. I live in the area and I literally dread having to rent from here. A few things you should know and be prepared for is the following: 1. Whatever you saw on that app and THOUGHT you were reserving? Is in deed NOT reserved and or available. 2.
