DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE, Car was disgusting, it smelled and it was barely charged when I picked it up, i had to clean the cup holder because it was nasty. Manager said he is not a cleaning person and all they have is a small vacuum which he didn't even use, lol. Then there was a pending charge of $100 which the manager at this branch would not explain what it was, and basically said I am asking questions that make no sense and I am going to have to talk to billing about it! Horrible experience with these people and their rude umprofessional behavior. Made a reservation through corporate arrived at the location and they said they did not have a car. The owner said, "He decides who gets a car...' Just wow. wasted our time...
