Lying location. Had a reservation, arrived on time only to learn that the 1 employee who handles rentals left earlier in the day for another location. Five men sitting in the showroom for sales could not help me.. I contacted the number left of the counter and was told to go to the Dearborn site, which would assist me. This was a complete lie as that site was sold out and would not pick up the telephone so that I could confirm. This was one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences I've had in a while. I set my reservation 5 hours before the pick up time. When I arrived I saw 6 employees sitting around doing nothing while one person worked behind the desk. The manager Dejuan was incredibly rude to both myself and the woman behind me. They somehow ran out of vehicles even though we had both made reservations that showed them available earlier that day. Leaving for vacation we received a phone call from Enterprise telling us our vehicle was broken and they don’t have another one. In a panic we called Hertz Woodhaven and spoke with Dajuan who found us the exact SUV and had us driving in an hour! We are now on our way thanks to Hertz and their excellent staff.
