I just rented the weekend of Oct 25, 2025. I almost cancelled due to all the bad reviews. This place cannot be any more opposite than the bad reviews. It was first class easy all the way and no issue whatsoever with my AAA booking either. I will be back . Car was awesome also.
I have been renting cars with Hertz as an Amex member additionally I am signed up using the benefits of both Amex and Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Member. I have been renting cars since 9/6/25 at your Whitter Blvd location and every car is dirty, literally grit and grime. The outside of the cars, windows, tires are dirty on each vehicle and I am on my fourth rental. Did a reservation threw AAA for 20% Hertz only gave 6%. This location is contracted with AAA. Will not book again EVER and any AAA member dont use this location either.

Had an 8:00 am reservation for a car. They wanted us to drive to another location 20 minutes away to get a car, or wait for a driver to drop off a car. We waited an hour and the offered us an electric car to drive to another location to get another car but cut the deal here. They knew prior to closing that they had not cars. No call to warn us, no discount. Asked for district managers name and number but were refused. This place is unprofessional. I used to work for Hertz so I know how things should work. Awful treatment.
