I will say this location lacks proper and positive communication skills. And the the smell of both the office and cars is less then pleasant. If you or your family has any breathing or sensory issues DO NOT Rent from this location. Also the cleaning is very limited so you might want to wash the car before putting on nice clothes. How am I supposed to get in contact with someone at this location if no one answers the phone? I called 4 times in one day, no one answers, and there's no option to leave a voicemail. Then every time I call, I need to go through several menu options for the "talk to an employee" option - and then there's no answer. Extremely frustrating.
