I reserved a three-row SUV. The vehicle they offered reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. When I pointed this out, the staff were extremely rude, and dismissive- insisted it did not smell like smoke. I was then offered a different vehicle that was significantly smaller than what I had reserved. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
It’s currently 8:30AM and business was supposed to open at 8:00AM. Edit: changed from 1 to 3 stars. Even if the manager was very late, the manager and employees were super, super respectful and nice human beings.
Car wasn’t cleaned out or tank full, still had water bottles in the back. Made me nervous with the guy taking 100 pictures of the vehicle before I left. No problems with the car, not sure I’d go back there though, other customers seems to be having issues, though I did not. I left the car clean and full of gas
