Great. Truly effortless experience with the two guys who I dealt with at this location. They were both working both days - my pick up on 6/1/26 and my drop off on 6/3/26. They were quick without being rude, demonstrated thorough understanding of the systems and programs I had questions about, and got me out the door faster than I had anticipated.
I Will NEVER use Hertz again... recieved a vehicle from HERTZ when my car was in the shop being fixed by ford.. after returning the vehicle 2 weeks later I get a charge on my card for 311 dollars for plate pass.... after trieng for 2 weeks to contact them over the mistake they still wont respond. The charges are from new your turnpike and I have never been in Newyork!!!!! I live in Pittsburgh and the times of the toll usage I was home sleeping... i dont give negative reviews often but its been over 2 weeks trieng to fix this... read more
Got a full size vehicle at rock bottom price for almost a week through AAA online. Check-out was ok, the Representative didn't even take me outside to review the car, he just gave me the keys which I thought was a bit odd. I could have used his expertise on the internal workings, took me longer than expected as I was driving to my destination. The check-in process was easy.
