Had an excellent experience at Hertz Wangaratta. This branch offers after-hours collection and return and collecting and returning the keys was very simple, with great support over the phone during the booking process. The car was spotless and still had the new car smell, was thoughtfully parked ready for me to drive off and needless to say, the car ran quite smoothly. Overall, very happy with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to use this Hertz again if I were in the area.
The service here was amazing. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and very friendly. The car was very clean. Highly recommend.
The van was easy to drive, brand new, easy to park and very comfortable
