Great place to rent a car very friendly and cars are well maintained

I recently had a disappointing experience with Hertz. As a semi-truck driver, I found myself in need of a rental car when my truck broke down. I walked a mile and a half to their location, only to be told that my reservation wasn’t valid because it wasn’t made 24 hours in advance. Despite having a confirmed reservation, they offered me an SUV at an additional cost of $100 per week.
The staff is exceptional.
Typically, I've had positive experiences at this location but not today. I reserved a car for pickup on Saturday 6/28 @ 9am. Received an email confirmation as well of my reservation. I show up and the young lady tells me she doesn't have a reservation for me and they were overbooked, so there aren't any cars available. I provided her with my confirmation number and she says she doesn't have a reservation for me, but I can come back at 11 and see if they have any cars.
