African American lady was rude to me and my dad.she misunderstood us and retaliate with harse words and a unprofessional personality. Sorry to say Hertz does it again. Not at all satisfied with the comparable car I got. The car was not cleaned properly. The seats were uncomfortable and the space limited. Safe to say this is the last time I rent a car from this company. I should have learned my lesson the last time I rented with Hertz and my car had a flat.... Well I've learned my lesson now.
Thank you 😊
I placed a reservation through the Hertz app. I called to confirm my reservation and was on hold for 45 minutes. They close the office and never picked up my call. I drove to the office at 4 PM and they were already closed with our posted 8 to 5. We need to pick up our car at 8 AM for an international trip. I can’t rely on them so I canceled. I am a president’s club member with Hertz and use them frequently, but I will never use this location.
Such nice people to do business with. Definitely a 5 star location.
