Best customer service from a car rental company I have ever had. I highly recommend this company.
The Agents at the Hertz Local Edition in Tyler, Texas are the absolute best in terms of customer service and professionalism, for example "Jayla". Work obligations kept me from being able to appear in person to finalize my recent Rental. However, Ms. Jayla went above-and-beyond to enable my long-time associate, a Hertz platinum member who lives near this HLE, to take care of finalizing my Rental Agreement and picking up the keys, while I was on the phone. This was a true lifesaver as the rental is for a month.
Great customer service and price. Needed a car quickly and they got me in one within 15 min. Also didnt need car as long as expected and they told me i would have to call customer service about refund. I thought oh no, here we go. But they immediatley refunded card for days i didnt need it. Will definitley use again.
I had a great experience all the way around. The staff were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes when I picked up the vehicle and when I returned it!
Don’t go to the Hertz in Tyler. Very poor customer service and vehicles are poor.
