Terrible service will never use Hertz again
Very poor experience at this Hertz location—customer service was extremely slow, taking about 45 minutes to get my car even though I was the only person at the counter. The car itself was dirty on the outside and had barely any gas, forcing me to stop for fuel despite already being short on time due to the delay. Overall, the service was inefficient and frustrating, and I would not recommend this location.
Lady at the front kept complaining and blaming the computer. She seems to not like her job. We waited there for 1 hour to get a car we already paid for and reserved.
