We've been AAA members since 2012. We've been renting from Hertz for almost as long. Our son, who is 24, had reserved a vehicle at this location. He was told by the employee there that "Hertz no longer used AAA" ....? So no waiving the young driver fee? Anyone from that office or Hertz corporate like to explain this statement?
Had a reservation to pick up a rental and no one was there wasn’t the only customer there get it together
Online reserved and prepaid for a luxury G70 or equivalent for a reason. A specific part of even getting a rental was to go in higher end or I would just use my vehicle. Got there to pick up, to be told "we don't have those here" . A quick review of the lot, and had to pick a different one. Time constraints did not allow me to go elsewhere and just cancel. Got a little momcar suv thingy that looks like toy. Not a good idea for 6' 250lb kinda bigger guy. They pulled the car up, filthy dirty. Had to ask if they applied a price... read more
Very poor costumer service during vehicle return, overcharged triple than what expected, overall very disappointed in this company & refuse to use again
