Really bad experience with this Hertz, No greeting, no 'good morning', just an arrogant attitude. If you don't enjoy working in customer service, then maybe you shouldn't be doing it — someone else can take over. Why treat customers with such an attitude?

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Hertz. Yesterday, after making a reservation in advance, I arrived at the counter only to be told there were no cars available. No apology, no effort to make it right—just a dismissive attitude. I went back today, reserved a midsize SUV, and was handed what can only be described as a tiny go-kart of a car. They don’t have a phone that you can call if you need anything. Calling the central line will get you wrong information. Customer service at the location is rude. I will not be using Hertz again.

This is by far the worst rental place I have experienced anywhere in the world!! They look like they are squatting out of an old clothes shop and the managers there wouldn't know customer service if it hit them over the head with a clothes rail. The biggest problem is that it took me (and others that were complaining, over multiple visits) over an hour to receive the rental car, mine was an hour 20 min. The location and store itself is 1 star. The most unique and interesting Hertz I’ve ever seen. Rashad gets 5 stars, he was the only who helping and running the whole show. We witnessed him getting yelled at by other customers and he handled it all very professionally. He assisted us and even took our car to get cleaned. His help was very much appreciated. The experience overall took almost 2 hours to get the car. There were several employees not doing anything there. Rashad was the only one holding everything together.
