The staff was very nice. The facility was not. It took them 25 minutes to “inspect” the car when I returned it. They left the building completely empty with no associates and only me inside. Floors dirty, rental counter made of plywood, clearly used to be a clothing store as there are still dressing rooms at a rental company. Very weird setup. Not a professional environment at all.

Thus far it gets a 1star, because it’s 10am and I still don’t have a car even though I reserved a car 2 days ago for 8am this morning. I’ve had to call in to work for lack of transportation. Staff gets mixed reviews. Took forever to get anyone to answer the phone, when they finally did the gentleman who answered it was very polite, but told me no one could come pick me up because the girl who did that wasn’t there yet and the manager had gone to pick HER up. I book for a car and got to the place to find out that they don’t have anything that size was told i had to upgrade for a lot more than i was supposed to. i asked why i was just know hearing about this to get we didn’t know. no help lady don’t even want to talk to use. worst place ever to do business with.

I want you to have your owner call me because we definitely have issues look me up in your system you should have my number because the last thing you all are going to do is take any more of my money I'm not responsible for the incompetent employees that you have hired either I had better luck talking to a group of 2 year olds
