The manager is very friendly she is the best and the two team members are very helpful and have patience. I was able to talk with them and decided which vehicle met my needs for my last minute trip thank you for excellent service. I will for sure see you next time I’m in need of a ride.
Hertz should be embarrassed with the Tuscaloosa location on McFarland. It is pathetic!! The staff seems to be adequate but they have nothing to work with.
This Hertz location deserves five stars. I have never had any issues—vehicles are always fully fueled and ready upon arrival. The customer service is consistently excellent; the team greets me warmly each time I visit and goes above and beyond by moving the vehicle closer to the entrance for my convenience. Overall, a reliable and outstanding experience.
Hertz Tuscaloosa has always been very professional, helpful, and polite. I commend this location for facing many challenges, including limited staff at times, and still managing to operate in a professional manner. Tyler never shows signs of distress and is always willing to help throughout the branch, including frequently washing cars. STAY AWAY!!! Real address is 312 Merchants Walk and it also services Dollar Rent A Car. Rented a mid-sized SUV and when confirmed was given a Nissan Altima instead, no explanation but luckily charged less for the downsizing. When returning the vehicle the associate walked around it and opened the truck multiple times...odd to say the least. Then they proceed to say they would charge $195 to vacuum the vehicle due to pet hair?! I did not have a pet in the car and so then they stated must have come off clothing.
