Agent was friendly, but I reserved a mid size vehicle a week in advance. What I got was a dirty tiny suv. Smaller than the mid size vehicle & I was shocked it did not get washed & cleaned up before they rented it to me. We did have to wait about 20 minutes before someone showed up. I asked if anyone was working in the booth & an airport employee told me they are rarely ever in the booth! Not impressed with this office. I will never be back.

We rented from hertz twice In tupelo, because our car is in the shop. First off, every time I needed to extend on the rental, I had to call them because the app wasn’t working for us. When I called the lady that picked up the phone wasn’t even there. She was driving in her car, wasn’t even at the hertz location. and then when we dropped the car off no one was there. I returned my one way car to this location. The manager checked my car in, and LIED said I dropped the car off in St. Louis... she added an "intercity" fee of $400 and an additional hour fee of $48... my rental cost $712.09... when it was only supposed to be $202.. please check your bills because this manager has lost her mind. Also, take pictures and videos. That saved me and got me a refund. I was never in Missouri if she did this to me I'm sure she has done it before.
