No employees were available when I showed up to pick up my reservation. Ended up causing significant delays and never got my Hertz reservation. Ended up renting with extra fees from enterprise, which is a much more reliable and responsive car rental company. Submitted a case with hertz that has been outstanding for 12+ days when their policy is to respond in 2-3 days. I went to pick up a car for a business trip that my company had rented for me. The associate was either new or didn't know anything about corporate accounts. She kept wanting my credit card and proof of my insurance. It took an additional 45 minutes to get someone from corporate on the phone to straighten it all out.
