I dispute liability for the alleged windscreen chip. When I asked for evidence showing the condition of the windscreen before I collected the vehicle, I was only shown a photo of the front of the car, which does not clearly show the windscreen or prove that the chip wasn’t already there. Without clear, dated evidence of the windscreen’s condition before and after my rental, I don’t believe there is sufficient proof that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in my possession. Picking up a vehicle and was told I couldn't park in their carpark while I was waiting for the paper work to go through. There were plenty of spots available for cars at the time. This was such an inconvenience as there were no car parking on the street.
