Slightly disappointed with the service. No common sense
Ok experience. Easy to talk to in person, however over the phone was a different story. Not picking up the phone, not being able to answer questions quickly. The Hertz office might not always be open and I had to go both times next door to Ace.
Came in checking on some enquiries about car rental return and status of any fines etc. Greeted by the sunshine Caroline who was extremely helpful and friendly. Made me feel extremely welcome as a customer and had all my queries addressed promptly . Thank you Caroline - Hertz is lucky to have you as their star !
