Lack of care for customers as well disrespectful by not being honest with their business. Will never be going back for business ever again

Worst experience with hertz , I booked sedan car , but when I was at location , they don’t have any sedan cars , they are giving some other trucks
Went in for an insurance rental and was told we won't have anything until next week. Of course they have a car available if I wished to private pay.
Rented a car for a week and they had exactly what I was looking for. They discussed the previous damage from past drivers set Clear expectations on the cost, and the customer service representative were very respectful.
