I highly recommend Hertz. They not only stepped up after Enterprise’s failure to honor my reservation but also went above and beyond by staying late to help my family get the rental we needed. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience — I strongly recommend choosing Hertz over Enterprise for rentals in Topeka.
I walked in and within 10 -15 mins I was driving off the lot. No hassles. Nice new car. When I dropped it off. Just handed them the key. Little more pricey but id say worth it. Will rent from them again next time I need a car.
We rented a car to drive out of state for a few days, it was not a good experience. The lights were pointed to the ground and we could only see about 10 feet in front of us, which made driving in the dark very hard. When we called to tell them, she basically told us that that shouldn’t be happening and there was nothing we could do, and she acted like she didn’t believe us.
