Iam about to give lest than one star , its not allowing me to do so, they are doing the big scam , i booked it online for 312 dollars which is standards SUV , when i went there to take the car they me normal suv , she told that she gonna give 10 percent discount i said okay, finally they made the bill with 349 and did discount 10 percent, how come its a discount since i made it for 312 also when i returned the car they charged me 454 dollars, again i travelled back to office i asked them about it they are saying taxes and ti... read more

I was denied a rental at this location after an employee stated that my clothing smelled like marijuana. I explained that I had just exited an Uber with a strong odor and that the smell did not originate from me; however, this explanation was not considered. No additional questions were asked, and no alternative options or resolutions were offered.I do not use marijuana and was not impaired in any way. I highly recommend Hertz. They not only stepped up after Enterprise’s failure to honor my reservation but also went above and beyond by staying late to help my family get the rental we needed. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience — I strongly recommend choosing Hertz over Enterprise for rentals in Topeka.

I walked in and within 10 -15 mins I was driving off the lot. No hassles. Nice new car. When I dropped it off. Just handed them the key. Little more pricey but id say worth it. Will rent from them again next time I need a car.
