Did not have the vehicle we selected and no attempt to resolve or discount the rental. Ended up with a smaller vehicle.
They were excellent here!
Horrible don't even use them. Has insurance claim that was paying. Had to extend rental which i spoke to someone then come out a few days later and they towed the rental with all my stiff in it. My medications my handicap parking my kids stuff and more. Yet no one seems to know where all my stuff went and they dont have anyone to talk to other than the store which was useless.
Horrible experience. Made a reservation that was confirmed and in was called the day I was suppose to pick up the car and told they did not have a car for me and there was nothing they could do. I will never use Hertz again. Go to Enterprise!
