Quick and easy, and so much better than driving to the airport. Staff person was very nice and super helpful.

Regardless of the reply here they give, they are not helpful and don’t hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. Not only did the guy mess up our reservation when we went in person to get it saved but the empty also called my fiancé a dumbass when trying to get help on our deposit. Double check your emails because when they say they’ll send it, they won’t. If you decide to go with them, don’t not leave until they give you a hard copy receipt. Rented a car for November and the guy reserved it for December. Went to pick it up and had to pay an additional 100 dollars for the new reservation because they couldn’t find mine, was told there was a 200 dollar security deposit but never received that back. Avoid this shady business.
