Terrible outlet. This rental center lacked available cars and I had to wait an extra week for my rental car. When I did receive it, it had less than a half tank of gas and the exterior was filthy. The kid running the shop was the only reason I would consider renting from this location again. He was really nice. Corporate customer service was TERRIBLE!
The person who staffs this location is fine, but I would not recommend renting from this Hertz location at all. I had reserved a car three weeks in advance and, the day before we were supposed to pick up the car, we received a phone call saying there were none available and there would not be any available for at least a few days (we ended up picking it up a week later). Called me during my flight on the night before the rental that my car was unavailable since they overbooked. Never called me back after putting me on the waitlist. Appreciate the first call but still very unprofessional
The company and particularly this location is not reliable at all. I reserved a car through Expedia and confirmed the reservation at the location two days earlier before pickup day, however they contacted me less a day saying there was no car available for me, and they didn’t do anything to manage any car from other company location. This situation made me searching another option in very short time with eventually higher price I selected one star because it is the lowest
