Terrible experience! Drove all the way there to pick up my car. The person named Austin working at the desk called me two minutes before I got out there to tell me that they had no cars that I had already reserved.. Told me I had to call to cancel my reservation which was an accurate information so I wasted more time and money. Tried to offer me a giant pickup truck to replace my economy car, but was gonna charge me more for it. We've rented cars from this Hertz location, and we’re always pleased with the customer service. The car was just as described online. We're enjoying the rental car right now. It's comfortable, powerful, and had less than 350 miles on it!
staff is great Only place I will rent from ever again o did I mention the staff. they're phenomenal
Quick and easy, and so much better than driving to the airport. Staff person was very nice and super helpful.
Outstanding customer service. The guy that's often around is very helpful. He was knowledgeable, kind and super professional. Thanks for making the tradegy of our accident that lead to us needing a rental, a smooth process despite all our challenges. Once we can remember the name I can update this.
