Friendly staffs. Rented car is clean and drive well.
I reserved a vehicle online and prepaid for the vehicle two weeks in advance. I spoke to their staff on the phone about this vehicle and when I needed it. The day of I get there and they tell me I cannot rent the vehicle because I do not have a major credit card. This was a massive inconvenience and they charged me $145 to cancel the rental. The shop is small, so there may be a wait at busy times, but the staff here were helpful and gave us a courtesy shuttle after we dropped off our rental
I have been coming to Tacoma location for years. They are always professional and polite. Also quick and smooth check in and out with my rental. They have a great team under Jen. Jen is awesome!!!! Good job Tacoma Hertz!
