Tip: If you know you won’t need the car longer than a week and might turn it in early get the daily rate. I was only charged for the days I used it also try to turn in the vehicle before the hour you first picked it up, you’ll save a full day charge. I didn’t have any problems with this branch. I was an hour late from my reservation so I didn’t have the exact car i wanted but that’s on me.
Can't call and reserve with a person or via phone, only option is to use the app or website. When calling and selecting the option to rent a vehicle, they tell you to use the app and then hang up. No option to speak to am actual person or vet ahold of a specific location.
Elaine was such a good help made the process easy and simple no problems
