Pretty perfect. A family crisis was happened was starting because Enterprise had left me stranded. Zero stars for them. Everything went just fine this time, from Tacoma to Great Falls & back. Hertz staff provided lots of patience & good humor. I didn't encounter any BS in the place. Stress was brutal, and I left my most-important luggage in back, but they called me quick enough to get back and secure it in my taxi. I forgot the girls' names - I'll try to edit later. They were both ******* awesome.
Great customer service
terrible customer service. Only one person was in the gold desk. And it takes forever to exit the building on the last gate due to their system issue.
Gave me a dirty car and said it wouldn’t be a problem. Turned it back in and was charged a cleaning fee. Disreputable location.
Charged me $250 for the 3 dog hairs (from coats) that I did vacuum from the trunk. Rest of car was spotless and I have pictures to prove it. Never called me back to discuss. Would give 0 stars if I could. Will never rent from hertz again.
