Coms is not good. Booked a car and trying yo message them asking if all confirmed. No reply as yet. We arrive 2.4.2026 into Sydney International. Are the 3 baby seats confirmed and where do we pick up car? Get it sorted.
The check in process was so slow. As the desk services 3 rental companies more staff at this location would speed things. Around a 25 min wait.
Hertz is fine, but not great for business travellers or travellers with short time frames As you need to get collected by a bus and then taken out to a compound near long term parking where they keep the cars. You are better off booking with Avis or budget that keep their cars close to the terminal
Good experience getting the car, but the vehicle I rented was kinda dirt inside but more importantly had an alignment / wheel balance issue and badly vibrated about 100kmh. Roadside assistance was of no help and the location did not pick up when I called. So just had to deal for the weekend. Very frustrating and frankly unsafe
