Had such a great experience with Paul, after losing my laptop at the airport. I was stressed and he made our experience of hiring a car efficient and seamless. Rare to find such helpful customer service representatives these days and he definitely provided us with 5 star service

They do not care to resolve the issue at all. If they see any negative rating they reply on Google reviews to contact with them leaving an email address by the name Mika. Once contact with them via that email with evidence they don’t even bother to reply to that email. They just show to public they want to resolve issue but in reality they never answers to explain or resolve the issue.

Has been a week since I returned the vehicle I rented and they still haven’t paid the $285 bond for the vehicle. Every time I try calling hertz I never get an answer

Disappointing experience . Not our first time renting from hertz , our family rented a few times overseas and we are always pleased with the services but this experience in Sydney has to be the most unpleasant one yet . My dad and I returned our rental car and was later charged $110 for steam cleaning due to a “strong smell of smoke”—but the both of us DO NOT smoke .
