Car was good. On return of car, did not get receipt to prove that I returned car with key, full tank, no damage, clean, they told me to trust them and will get an email in a few hours
Typical car rental, clean and empty. Staff was friendly but Hertz is a garbage company with insane prices and poor selection. I showed up a little early and had to wait over 30 minutes for the car to be ready despite being the first customer of the day

Wrote into customer service to try and receive some assistance on an incorrect charge. No response, no customer service just crickets!!! Completely unacceptable business practices. Will never rent from this company again.
Do NOT go here. They are liars and thieves. If I could rate 0 stars I would. My partner was sent here to collect a car by his insurance when our car was crashed into. They firstly tried to offload a different car on us, that was entirely electric and not practical for us. Then, when it came time to return the car, they tried to argue that the hire car was meant to be returned to Melbourne (this was never discussed, nor our plan).
