Location changes its hours without updating it online and advising its customers , went to pick up and it’s closed, told I have to go to airport to pick up a car. Lack of empathy from your complaints team and staff is the biggest problem despite being a Presidents Circle member.
A huge thank you to Marie-Christine for her incredible help and kindness! We accidentally left a shopping bag behind when picking up our car, and she went above and beyond to get it back to us. Not only did she try contacting our hotel (even though we had already left Sydney), she also took the time to organise a courier to send it all the way back to us in New Zealand. Our experience with the staff (the old chubby lady wearing glasses) was disappointing. The woman assisting our group was surprisingly unprofessional and showed no intention of being helpful. We just needed to change the name for the reservation , but instead of offering any guidance or support, she was cold and dismissive throughout the interaction.
