Professionalism at its lowest! Despite making reservations, they did not have the car available. Customer service was so bad, that I'd rather deal with AI. Think twice before coming to this location. Extremely disappointing experience!
The staff was very welcoming. Marcus was very friendly and super helpful! Got my car fairly quick and even gave me advice the insurance company hadn't told me. The car was also very clean and had no problems with it in the time I drove it. Super satisfied!
Unacceptable maintenance standards. Picked up a Kia K4, President’s Circle). The next day, the ignition failed because the battery terminal screw was completely loose—a basic, inexcusable maintenance oversight that should have been caught during inspection. With this location closed over the weekend, getting support took hours and ruined my entire schedule. Complete lack of pre-rental vehicle inspection.
