The service was excellent. The two people working there were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had smiles on their faces the entire time. They made the experience pleasant and were genuinely helpful. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the battery-powered car I received was only charged to about 15%, which meant I had to spend extra time charging it before I could really use it. Aside from that inconvenience, the staff provided outstanding customer service and left a very positive impression.
Be careful renting from here, they will advertise cars available, let you make and confirm the reservation, then when you show up they claim no cars available

Don’t bother renting form here. Literally go anywhere else. We rented a car, took a video of it beforehand, and upon return they accused us of obtaining a chip on the windshield. We submitted the time stamped video from before, with the chip clearly already there, and they have not stopped haggling my friend about it since. This was in February and it’s still a problem. They’ll try to scam you out of your money. Don’t use their service.
0 starts if i could. Horrible service!!! Horrible cars!! Horrible everything!!! Avoid!!! First things, they tried saying there were 3/4 of a tank of fuel, 72 miles till empty and they lied about the miles on the car on the paperwork also, and demand you bring it back full. They also put it in the wrong name!! Then charge me 6 days after I return it and it was through the dealership I got it and I was NOT supposed to be charged for anything!
