The worst service experience ever. I was told by insurance that I needed to call an hour ahead of time to confirm my reservation. I called at 2:31pm. I get automatically routed to corporate Hertz. I try again at 2:37pm. Routed again. I try again at 2:48pm to which I am routed again to corporate, but this time to the insurance team. The insurance team tries calling the store directly. Poor customer service. Would recommend going someplace else.
My experience with Hertz was very disappointing. Despite confirming my reservation in advance, they failed to hold my booking. The staff was unhelpful and showed little concern for the inconvenience caused. I was left without a car at the last minute and had to scramble to find an alternative. I expected much better service from a well-known company like Hertz.
Never got my initial credit back.
