I was assigned to a Hertz rental through my insurance. I questioned the location and I should because it is located in a hotel. Secondly, the staff was not very professional. The one positive is they did have one Tesla rental, but they needed to clean it, so one of the guys did clean the vehicle prior to me renting it however I had to wait 20 minutes. Avoid at all costs! It shouldn’t take 2 hours to get into a rental and on top of that their fleet is disgusting I received 2 dirty cars. Update: the last car they gave me had a tire pressure light on, I had to put air in it and the next morning tire was flat so on top of dirty cars, bad service they give unsafe cars and now I’m having to go to another location to get car #4. Avoid this location. It feels more like a scam than a real rental service. I reserved a car 10 days in advance, showed up on time, and was told they didn’t have any cars available at all. No customer service, no solutions, nothing. Completely unacceptable experience.

Hertz needs to investigate the man working at this location on Wednesday 11/26 around 4 PM EST! I don’t recall his name but I do remember what he looks like. He took a VERY long time to get the rental car situated. Asked for my credit card and ID multiple times. I had suspicions he was doing something unethical with them. My suspicions came true when MULTIPLE purchases for guns and ammo came through on MY CREDIT CARD two days later.
