Very bad customer service and the White guy in the front desk was so rude and not professional enough to talk to a customer
Worst hertz location in Michigan. Employees lie and the caucasian ginger haired dude who thinks he black always has an attitude. I watched him almost get into it with another customer because of his terrible attitude. When I called today to extend my rental and spoke with him he didnt even want to extend it, he directed me to the website after already stating i was getting a error message.
