I wish I could do zero stars I dropped my vehicle off after hours and accidentally locked my purse inside the car and the key was in the Dropbox I called in the morning several times no answer so I thought hey they’ll see it when they clean the vehicle out and put it up not the case I go in when I get off work got treated so rudely by the rep and was told the car was rented back out I asked did they see the purse when they cleaned the vehicle he told me they didn’t clean it wow so now I have to wait until the customer brings... read more

This location is TRASH. The customer service is poor. ROLAND the "Branch Manager " is very curt. How do you accept reservations for cars knowingly that you have no cars to rent at the time the reservation is accepted and confirmed? Maybe the Attorney General or someone can investigate this location and its deceptive practices.? Calling Corporate gets you no where. It appears to be a waste of time and supports this poor customer service. First impression matters. Customer satisfaction needs to be a priority for this location.... read more

I walked in the Hertz building and the representative was on the computer I stood there for a couple seconds to give him a chance to finish what he was doing on the computer, I was the only person standing there. The representative never acknowledged me, I had to greet him, and then he was very dry as if he didn't want me to ask a question, I asked my question and I already knew I was not going to rent from this company.

They are the only place I will do Business with The employees are fantastic go above and beyond to accommodate !! They even charge your phone when it’s dying through the rental process 🥰 Even offered coffee or water I prefer whiskey, but that wasn’t an option lol keep up the good work..
