Never answers the phone. Tried for three weeks. This location needs a complete restaff immediately!
During my visit, I encountered Roland Mabin and his Associate, Richard (Unfortunately, I didn't get Richard's surname). I found them both to be extremely professional and diligent. They made the process simple and efficient. The same thing in reverse when I turned the vehicle in! I recommend and return to Hertz if the occasions arises, and especially Roland & Richard as Agents that I would prefer to be serviced by!
