Solitary counter person takes forever to work through the tech/equipment issues then leaves the counter empty to go vacuum and wash your rental!?!? I’ve picked up from this location multiple times. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Lauwanda was the customer rep, made sure the car is in great condition and the whole process was smooth and quick. Highly recommended!"
I rented a car, july 27, 2025 from Southfield - Telegraph Road 26695 Telegraph Rd Southfield, MI 48033. My rental time was for 12 p m I got there.11:30am because I know they close at 12pm. I got there as soon as I walked in the young lady stated we dont have no cars. I was like what do you mean, I book this 1 month ago. Then I told her I called yesterday.
