Poor Customer service one of the worst Hertz location in the Metro Washington area. At any given time there is scarcely any road worthy cars to select from. My last rental there was a car with keys that could not open the doors. Returning that car for an exchange proved a nightmare, because the location had closed and I had to travel to the National Airport location to make the exchange.
