Had an issue at another Hertz where they had no cars available after we made a reservation days in advance. Showed up and told us to call the other locations ourselves to see what’s available. I called the Seminole location for assistance, he quickly mumbled that he couldn’t assist and I need to deal with the St. Pete location and hung up on us. Overall the ENTIRE hertz rental company needs training in customer service. Can’t believe a company operates like this.
Amazing customer service the gentleman there was beyond patient and worked to help us through our the whole process.
As always very accommodating and helpful, car was perfect
Waited for over an hour and nobody ever showed up to open the office. There were 5 of us waiting. So now paying for an uber because no rental car. This place should be closed. A complete scam.
Poor customer service. Avoid.
