The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had when renting a vehicle. What they told me when I scheduled was not true when I went to pick the car up including an additional $350 in fees and no pick up ride like promised when I scheduled the car. I asked them to honor what was originally told to me by their rep and they said they’re not responsible for what their customer service representatives say (ummmm, what?!). They also have no drop off option after 5p M-F or on the weekends but will charge you the extra days even... read more
I decided to try this location, due to the convenience, despite the reviews. Unfortunately it was a disaster. The lady on the phone said they have no car, despite my booking. Vacation ruined.
Had a terrible experience… the desk person was blatantly racist saying things like “I don’t understand your English or your accent, you people have such thick accents” I am Indian born and brought up here and I don’t have any accent… this white girl needs to get fired ASAP!
