I had an excellent experience renting from the Hertz location on Ridder Park Drive in San Jose. Before booking, I called the branch to confirm they had the type of vehicle I needed. Adam answered the phone and was incredibly informative, patient, and helpful. He took the time to answer every question I had, which made me feel confident about making my reservation. I had a great experience here. The staff were responsible and helpful. The manager noticed that my reserved car had a safety issue in the system and proactively helped me switch to another vehicle of the same type. The next day, I realized I might have left an important personal item behind. He was very patient, found the key to the previous car, and let me check it. The employee seated in the middle was also very helpful. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

Having the worst Rental car Experience recently with Hertz from San Jose Ridder Park location… The girl who seats on the first desk is so rude and doesn’t care how and what’s the situation she just have cold reply and right now she has kept me on hold for an hour and still Idk if she even cares or not… She has given the worst of worsts service till date.

As an uber driver where hertz is partner with I tried to rent a vehicle from that location each time she told me there is no vehicle for me after a couple times of trying then finally I had a chance too, So, when I rented this vehicle and tested it has issues ( pressure tire ), so he changed it form me with apologized after, a month this vehicle needs a maintenance ( oil change) I called them she answered the phone where she didn't provide me any information where to go, then I kept trying then she sent a link to book so I d... read more
