They give me a shuttle to pick up the vehicle but when I returned it, they did not give me a ride. That was a terrible experience. Though their vehicle had %70 charge, I returned it with %95 charge, they did not say a thank you. Zero customer service. I don’t recommend it for anyone.
Quick and reliable. They need more staffs though. Takes too long.

Calling for reservation? No pickup. Calling for extension? No pickup. Calling for accident or theft? No pickup. Calling for return? No pickup. The employee are so shy that they cannot answer the calls! This company is a joke.
