Yesterday, I called this office and told them that I wanted a car suitable for Comfort. When I arrived today, they showed me a car that was suitable for X instead. Also, after I mentioned it, they showed me one of the dirtiest cars I’ve ever seen. They said they couldn’t wash it, even though I had called and made a reservation just yesterday
As an Uber driver, in order to rent vehicles for doing Uber, I’ve used this location twice. Initially it was good. However, they did fail to give me trade dress and a new placard for airport runs. That’s was all okay. What was worse was when they failed to tell me about the policy for tolls. I had to speak to customer service before to get resolution on that. This appears to be nothing more than a generic, copy-and-paste reply that avoids addressing the actual issue. My confirmed reservation was not honored, no meaningful resolution was provided, and no one has taken responsibility for the behavior and poor management of your on-site staff. Directing me to a generic support link after what happened is not a solution. It only reinforces the impression that Hertz has no real interest in resolving this matter or holding employees accountable. Horrible..
Reserved a car and when I went for pickup they said they don’t have any car. The representative Ashlee was rude throughout the interaction and even lied that that she had called and left a voicemail and when challenged quickly backed off and gave excuses. The site is definitely running some shady business bcoz they were refusing to honor the reservation for multiple people similarly. Please avoid booking through this location and Hertz in general
