Never book the car rental here anymore. They dont accept the over night booking (e.g. if you book on 8/6 and pick up on 8/7) they dont even send an email, only phone call. And I didn't receive any phone call until I arrive, they just told me the reservation is not available. shit location.
I’ve rented from this Hertz location a few times now, and it’s always been a great experience. Everyone here has been genuinely friendly and helpful, from the people at the counter to the guy cleaning the cars. On my last rental, Anthony, the manager, really came through for me with an after-hours issue. That one favor made all the difference and helped me make my flight on time without any added stress.
