The manager at the Location, Cottle Road, San Jose, CA was amazing and goes above and beyond to help the customer. I asked for an upgrade which she happily provided smoothly. The car and the service she provided was really good. She knows how to keep the customer happy. Always smiling and ready to help
Fast friendly service
Do not use this location. I came to pick up a car I reserved online. Car was not available. I had to come back an hour later and it 45 min to get car ready for me to use.
I made the reservation via booking.com - we set pickup time at 12:00pm, the office opened 13:00 pm and they delivered the car (because it was dirty) at 14:00 pm. We complained to the clerk and she just said "Sorry". We lost 2 hours from our road trip because of that. The fuel tank was not completely full. Last but not least after returning the car I see on my bank statement every day an extra surcharge of 18$. I'm still trying to resolve this issue. No one is picking up the phone.
