I was about to reserve a car, until I read the reviews. I don't want to show up for nothing. Very unfortunate.
I made a last-minute reservation online with Hertz for Monday and even confirmed with customer service over the phone that I could pick up the car at 8am. I needed it to get to work, and they assured me everything would be ready. When I arrived, I was told there were no cars available. Apparently, my reservation wasn’t received until that morning, which was frustrating, but I was understanding and patient. I waited around and came back. Everything went smoothly, car is ready on time and fully charged. The store even offered a free ride to my next destination!
Too Bad Customer Service. Even after having a reservation they deny for the Car. Experienced Clear discrimination, This is not at all acceptable.
I always rent from Hertz. Their inventory of cars always suits my needs, whether it is just me or the whole family. Picking up at the airport (San Francisco) and returning the car to a local Hertz site is so convenient. I’ve rented from other companies and nobody comes close to the overall experience of renting from Hertz.
