Had a great experience renting from this Hertz location. Jess was friendly, welcoming, and greeted me right away when I arrived. He recognized my status, got everything handled quickly, and had me in and out with a vehicle that fit my needs perfectly. I only made my reservation a couple of days in advance, so I really appreciated the communication from the team. Very limited car inventory, unfriendly staff. Booked mid size SUV for 16th June morning 11AM pick up but they only had sub compact SUV. we mentioned we are not ok with it and they asked us to wait and come back after a day to see if they get anything bigger available. As expected nothing got avaliable so we had to return what we had. they charged us for whole week when we returned within a day. had to call customer service multiple times to get refund. I always rent from Hertz, but recent experiences have me questioning my choice. No cars at my local Hertz so had to go to the airport to get a car. Mileage-out inaccuracy caused overcharge of miles driven, and the customer service rep implies this bad Hertz data is my fault for not catching it.
Once again I had to use Hertz and the agents didn't let me down. Worst place to rent again. I have a licensed service dog not emotional support but a medical alert dog that I need. When I picket up the car I let them know. I put down the back seats and placed a sheet over everything. I put a towel down on the front seat. When I returned the car today I was charged an extra cleaning fee for dog hair. Yes there was some hair. But not in excess. Nothing a normal vacuum cant get right out. This place was awful! They will take and confirm your reservations but they have no idea what is going on at all. Booked a reservation online and a few days before (if i showed up the morning of...) they called saying they not only don't have the stock, but... they don't even carry cargo vans at this location. No problem another spot surely should have one right? So she said in her message to call the airport location so i did, about 30 times, kept getting disconnected.
