I walked into the rental location and immediately witnessed a Hertz employee loudly arguing with another customer in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. The tone and behavior were completely inappropriate and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. When it was my turn, the same attitude continued. Very friendly personal nice and clean
Unprofessional! They called an hour before I pick up my rental car that they don’t have regular car and they offered an upgrade for additional $30 per day for a big car!! Apparently the management automatically add some nonsense AI generated responses to the reviews!
