I had a confirmed reservation for a sedan, but when I arrived, the front desk informed me they had run out of the vehicle I booked. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they tried to upsell me an SUV—which I couldn’t even drive. To make matters worse, they tried to blame me for ‘booking too late,’ despite my confirmed reservation. I ended up leaving without a car. Completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating experience.

We had reservation at 12.30pm that we made online. When we arrived they were closed. They put a sign that lunch is between 12.30 pm and 1.30pm. An employee was leaving probably to take his lunch so we told him we made reservation at 12.30pm he said no it’s lunch time. I tried to ask is lunch time was online because we haven’t seen it plus system had the time available for reservation. That guy who had a black hat repeat it lunch time and was very rude. I asked the pony-tailed agent "Can I go and look at the car?" He responded rudely "Sure, but I won't open the door for you when you come back. You came at our lunch hour." The time was just one minute into his lunch hour. Will not be renting from this location again!
