"I don't have Hertz, they closed." Tried calling on a Saturday afternoon only to get this answer.
Horrible place. Didn’t honor the reservation, offered no alternatives and were extremely rude. Destroyed our vacation. Stay away.
Very disorganized at this location. Renting cars is just a side business here, it's mainly self storage. Staff is nice, but customer service is lacking in many ways. Even though we filed out everything online, it still took 35 minutes to get.the car, as everything needed to be input again! I wouldn't rent another car from this location again.
Can confirm that like many other reviewers, there was no car available to me despite making my reservation a few days in advance. Definitely be wary and call ahead or confirm if there is a car available before committing to this location!
