When I came to pickup the car, they were extremely helpful which I really appreciated. When I dropped off the car, a different staff member told me the cars fuel should’ve been full, despite being told at pick up I only needed to bring it back with 15%. Now I’m being charged an extra 12.25 a gallon for them to fill it up. She showed me a picture of a full tank of gas on the car as ‘proof’ it was full, however when I picked up the car, I’m absolutely certain it was less than half full. GREATLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE... CAREFUL IN WHO YOU PICK FOR HERTZ SERVICE!

This car rental is incredibly understaffed, we had to wait 1.5 hours to get our car when we had a reservation. The lady who helped us was super nice but swamped.
TERRIBLE!!!!! I booked a car at their San Diego location, I got a confirmation then went to pick up the car. There were NO cars available and my card has been charged and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get a live agent or to get a refund. It's infuriating. I also spent $30 in Lyft rides going to and from to pick up the car. Stay away from HERTZ!
