Like others I just had a pretty disappointing experience with this location. When I went to pick up the car it reeked like marijuana and cigarettes. They had no other option for me and offered no solutions. I’m a Presidents Circle member and rent at least 25-30 cars a year so I called customer service. It’s spring break so no cars available. Understandable. However they said go buy an air freshener/ozone thing and the location would credit the reservation up to $10 at drop off with a receipt. I just dropped the car off and s... read more
