My experience with Hertz today was nothing short of flawless. The new manager, Desmond, went above and beyond my expectations to get me into a rental vehicle. He made me feel welcome and was very professional and polite. I highly recommend Desmond and Hertz Car Rental - five stars!

It was my first time with hertz and the staff was so rude and while picking up the car the driver side door was damage we told the guy about it and he was like you guys take pictures and he will put some notes and they still have other cars and they were like you have to pay extra. I was like you didn’t have the perfect car that’s not my problem and he want us to pay extra for it . I went today to pick up a car I reserved, with a 12 noon pickup time. I arrived exactly at noon, MAYBE 12:01. The employees had the door locked and said they were closed. I told the man that came to the door that I had a reservation for a car to be picked up at noon, he said “nothing I can do” and closed and locked the door in my face while I was still talking to him. Corporate was useless both on the phone and in the chat function. NEVER, EVER again will I use Hertz.
