The manager at this location needs to be fired! I am an older woman, and I have never experienced such blatant discrimination.Despite having a confirmed reservation, the manager repeatedly ignored me to serve several male customers who arrived after me. When I finally spoke up, he grew hostile, insulted my attitude, and threatened not to help me. Long wait
Had a very nice team member pick me up from collision shop and took me to Hertz. She was able to upgrade me and when she went to check out the car she found it was dirty. She herself immediately got to cleaning it! I let her know I was on a time crunch for an appointment and she made sure to have it done in time for me to make my meeting!! This is why I go to Hertz! Fab job by her!!
They are understaffed and it took forever to have my prebooked car ready for me. After waiting I realized they were getting the car cleaned which after receiving the keys, the interior was not even remotely clean. The car was also so banged up inside. Very bad product. You need new cars and you need to clean the inside. Disgusting. Never renting from this place again. @Hertz Corp you need to penalize your branches for such basic mistakes.
