Tiffany Woods, the District Manager at Hertz, was by far the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve dealt with in any customer service experience — and that’s saying a lot. I had an issue with a vehicle I rented that broke down less than an hour after pickup. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with District Manager Tiffany Woods at Hertz was so shockingly unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others. I showed up to pick up a reservation I had made over a week in advance — only to be told there were no cars available. Tiffany Woods, the District Manager needs to be reprimanded for her gross negligence and offensive customer service. She told me “if you don’t want my help then shut up and leave” WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. They had blocked the card and she wanted to speak to the bank for me!
