Each occasion that I rent at this site I do not get a vehicle with a full tank of gas. Consequently, I return it with more gas . I requested also that the pick up time be changed to the accurate pick up time - it did not happen. No special instructions were given for the hybrid.
I have spent over $3,000 here at Hertz in Rock Hill, SC. When I rent I rent for like 3 weeks. Im not understanding why in the hell I NEVER get my deposit back??! They tell you to do this and that and you'll get your deposit back but I've yet to get my deposit. Like I can get a free day rental that's how much I spent. And Everytime I'm told you should get your deposit back and I never do. I want to rent one this weekend but ik I'll just be giving $200 deposit away for nun. I mean it's a deposit. Not sure I will rent from here again after being treated poorly by staff. There are certain expectations of renting a car and it has been far from that.
