Easy in easy out process
Casarah has been a lot of help on multiple of my rentals now. As well as rock star management by Chelsea for accommodating me while being low on stock. Anytime I’m in charlotte area and need a rent I will make the extra trip to come here for my car needs. Thanks!
The process of rental and return is fine - it was the negativity notices - what you will be punished for - reads funky - I know but the vibe in that place was negative and unfriendly
They need to give the only person that works there a big raise!! She's working there completely by herself, washing cars and checking people in while answering phones. I hope Hertz does the right thing and pays her what she deserves doing the work of multiple people and I want to add that I was in and out in 10 minutes while 2 people were ahead of me.
Chelsea was great. But the overall rental was a nightmare
