My boyfriend and I planned a vacation to get a rental only because I had the AAA discount, the process was terrible and George in customer service didn’t seem to know what was in the fine print. Great great great customer service!
Went for a print out of retail cash daily rental rate for luxury sports car to close out my books on Monday. They don't carry them locally but across state lines they do. I could only get a screen shot; no print out.
had reserved a mid sized gas powered car, but upon arrival was told only an electric vehicle was available and that it couldn't take me to my destination without stopping for 45 minutes to charge it and was cautioned not to set the AC very low temperature or I'd need additional recharge. Drove about 10 minutes at 60mph and entire vehicle shook violently. had to return an eventually was provided with a conventional gas powered vehicle
