had reserved a mid sized gas powered car, but upon arrival was told only an electric vehicle was available and that it couldn't take me to my destination without stopping for 45 minutes to charge it and was cautioned not to set the AC very low temperature or I'd need additional recharge. Drove about 10 minutes at 60mph and entire vehicle shook violently. had to return an eventually was provided with a conventional gas powered vehicle
Rented a “brand new” ram 1500 for a day. The entire time with interstate driving at 60-80MPH the truck would shake and vibrate due to tire balance being off. I mentioned this when I made my drop off and there was nothing “they can do, because it’s a brand new truck”. This was my first time trying Hertz instead of U-Haul but maybe I should stick to U-Haul.
