rented a car from this location in redmond. We had mad a reservation and when we arived the price was twice as much. they told us if we get the pre paid fuel then whatever we don't use they will refund. Also my personal car insurance covers rental cars as well as my own car. I told this to the lady and she said no you have to get the insurance. She was rude and did not explain things properly.
