Never answers the phone, always rings busy. Idk if this business is even open still or if they closed down.
I will never rent from hertz again made a reservation and I told the day before that the vehicle would not be ready. No other car was made available all
I can't even contact them. Their website booking service is down and their call center wants to charge a fee just to book by phone.
Renting a car is wayyyyyy too expensive
