3 stars is for the nice man who helped me with my rental yesterday because he put me in a great car at a great price. But if I could have gone ANYWHERE else I would have. I was very disappointed to walk in and see a team member at the desk that should have been long gone and I question Hertz’ s in-house policies when it comes to customer service.
