I have been using this location for about a year now and each time the service is great, the car is ready and clean. The inspection process is thorough. Overall, I have been very impressed with this Hertz location and will continue to rent from them for my business and personal needs.

Have reserved online here only for them to call last minute stating they don’t have any vehicles. This has happened on numerous occasions. The challenge is the other local Hertz has no overnight parking. Hertz used to be a reputable and dependable brand, but they are proving unreliable.

Made a reservation online on Friday for a car Monday. Get to the location on time to pick up the car and was told the car needed an oil change and I would have to wait. No ETA or information of any kind. I asked if I could upgrade or downgrade to get a car right away since I had over an hour drive and wanted to avoid traffic but they said they had no cars available. It's now 45 minutes past my pick up time and still no word. Very poor customer service.
