The manager rudely asked me what country I was from as my wife and I presented to pick up our scheduled rental due to damage to my ID,. The manager was unwilling to work with me to get a printed copy even though I had a legitimate online format through my state’s MVD. They took one look at the kind of credit card I was using and said they don't take it. Didn't even try to run it. Then they said they do take debit cards but don't take cash app or the other debit cards i had. This is the equivalent to that comedian who tries to buy wine and the clerk just says "no uh-uh." Totally unprofessional and is ruining my vacation i was trying to go on. Oh well who needs money. Best part is that they didn't refund the money they ALREADY charged me when I booked.
General manager and employee we dealt with were amazing. We had an issue with our reservation and had to contact a 1-800 number. The representative didn’t know what she was doing, so the general manager spoke to the representative for me and was able to get my reservation fixed. Thank you very much, we really appreciated the effort put in to help us!
Great spot to pick up a ride in downtown. Vehicle was great, and I even got to get it a little early. Shoutout to Nate at the front desk who was really friendly and helpful. A+
