Good experience overall with car rental. Hertz staff were very friendly and car selection was good overall. Car prices for 5 days including insurance was a better value than most I have seen!
After a long day of travels and delayed flights, finding a closed kiosk was almost the tipping point to our trip. But Derek was phenomenal and went above and beyond for us and helped get us into our rental.
Tire shredded on freeway 20min into rental. Car was towed back to airport. Never used car. Hertz charging me for weekend rental and towing it back?!
