Excellent experience with car rental! I highly recommend this location!
The Car was great. Clean with no problems. The Customer Service was lacking. I am an Gold member and ahould have been able to just go to the car but could not check in. When I went to the counter and told the guy I had a reservation, he asked was my name on the board and what does it say. It said "see desk" so thet is what I was doing. I guess I was interrupting his day.
Don’t answer their phone. Impossible to get any help.
