didn't have to car we ordered online, ended up with a smaller bucket of bolts. warning to others because we got cuaght up in the rush after 13 hour flight. they said, "for and extra $9.xx you can have full insurance cover..." said ok, only to find out on final payment it was a daily charge. got ripped of...not happy. pays to ask for more details. otherwise tye car wasn't that bad just extremely small for tall people.

Desk agent added every option he could to rental without communicating or asking if he could do that. My company will never use them again.

The main problem is the distance from the Airport and no shuttle! That is ridiculous in general, but even worse if you are ADA! Had to drop my luggage and helper to stay with it, then wait for wheelchair ♿️ assistance to get me from the Car Rental Building to gate check in. Drop of was easier than pick up. This applies to all the Car Rentals there. Look up the distance from the Airline Departure/Arrivals before you book and go. Extremely rude and unprofessional experience. Despite having a reservation, the car was not ready. Instead, I was repeatedly pushed into upgrades I did not want. I clearly stated that I only wanted what I had already paid for. The employee avoided direct answers, could not clearly explain the terms, and gave inconsistent information that felt made up on the spot. The attitude was dismissive and unpleasant.
