I can't even find a location, put in a zip, because it doesn't specify and it comes up as a location in Japan, can't enter a pick up time, but can pick a drop off time! Absolutely horrific! A colossal waste of time and nerves!
Do not rent from Hertz. They are going to charge you alot of money to for a car that might kill you. And they didn't even give me a refund. The wheel came off after I argued with the store Mgr that something going wrong with car.
People here are rude and unhelpful
After paying for a rental car a month in advance there and no SUV available. Never again
Easy and quick to rent a car. UPDATE 1/17/20: I recently had to obtain a rental car through State Farm Insurance who set up a FIVE day rental for me through Hertz. When I went to pick up rental car on 1/13/20 @ 1 pm everything went fine and the employee explained if I needed the car any longer I would have to pay $34.24 a day. And that I needed to have the car back on Saturday 1/18/20, refilled and clean. No problem.
