Hi guys I came to this Hertz location out of convenience since it's next door to Kirmac Collision. I was told I was going to get a small sedan to replace my SUV but when I asked Sagar if I could get an SUV he was very gracious and gave me a brand new Toyota Corolla Cross. I had a very good experience dealing with Sagar and Ajal they were both very professional. I highly recommend using Hertz at this location!!
It was slow service, the guy in the office did not offer extra coverages, when I pointed out damages the guy there didn’t seem to care.
Last Friday, I booked a Tesla Model 3 and received a confirmation email. However, when I arrived to pick up the car, I was told that not only was the car I had booked unavailable, but there were no other Tesla models (which had been listed as available on the website at the time of booking) or any electric cars at all. This was very disappointing, as we had no time to arrange another rental, and we were forced to take a Nissan Kicks, which cost us about 30% more than the Tesla we had reserved.
