Worst service ever. when i was reserving a car their website created 2 reservations for me. i didn't know this until i was picking up my car already (also, i only got 1 email confirmation). the guy up front was unhelpful and told me to call customer service. When i called customer service to cancel the reservation, they said that they would give me a refund for the 2nd reservation but they charged me for 1 day.
Hertz called me 1.5 hours before my pick-up time to tell me they didn't have a car for me and then blamed me for not calling to confirm when I booked online. Very unprofessional.
